Tell me the last thing that actually got you an interview
Not what you think should work. What worked.
Most career advice is written by people who have never tested it and repeated by people who have never needed it. Meanwhile the real answers are sitting inside this room, unshared, because each person assumes their own story was luck.
So: the last time you got in front of somebody who could hire you — how did it actually happen? A referral. A cold message that landed. Somebody who remembered you from four years ago. An application form, genuinely, because sometimes those do work and we have all stopped saying so.
One line is enough. If there is a pattern in the answers it will be more useful than anything I could write.
What worked for you?
